McMillan Metro Faerber, P.C. is proud to have worked with our client FiveSquares Development on their fantastic and innovative new project, Strathmore Square, located in North Bethesda, in the heart of Montgomery County at the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro, next to the Strathmore Music Center. A grand opening, held for the first two apartment buildings at the project, the Ravel and the Royale, was attended by many of the people, companies, government agencies and officials who partnered to bring the project to life after many years of planning. Strathmore Square brings together public and private partners to create a vibrant and active community that integrates residents, art, and nature.
