Overview

I am committed to providing responsive, detail-oriented legal counsel to developers, businesses, and property owners navigating complex real estate and regulatory matters.

My practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and regulatory compliance. I advise developers on a broad range of matters, including governing documents, transactional issues, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. My goal is to deliver strategic, business-minded solutions that protect my clients’ interests while advancing their objectives.

My clients can expect responsive communication, thoughtful analysis, and a collaborative approach. I translate complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance, helping clients make informed decisions, manage risk, and keep transactions moving efficiently.

In every matter, I recognize that effective representation requires more than technical legal knowledge. It demands careful attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and an understanding of each client’s goals and business priorities.

I believe every client deserves personalized service and practical advice tailored to their unique circumstances. By taking the time to understand each client’s objectives, I strive to build lasting relationships and provide effective counsel that supports informed decision-making and long-term success.

Prior to joining McMillan Metro Faerber, I was an associate at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C., where my practice focused on advising developers of condominiums, planned communities, mixed-use projects, and resort developments on federal and state interstate land sales laws and related regulatory compliance matters.
