My diverse real estate experience allows me to provide comprehensive legal advice to firm clients.
I work with builders, developers, small businesses, and property owners on a variety of commercial real estate transactions and title issues, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial title reviews, commercial leases, and homeowners’ association declarations. I am committed to providing tailored solutions that align with client’s business objectives and mitigate potential risks.
Prior to joining McMillan Metro Faerber, I was a commercial title attorney for 7 years with a national title company, where I provided underwriting and closing commercial transaction services across all asset classes. This experience makes me uniquely qualified to handle complex transactional and title matters in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and an asset to the Firm’s Real Estate group.
I earned my J.D. from Howard University School of Law, a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College.
