Overview
I am a business lawyer who has represented and counseled public and private companies across several industries regarding a variety of corporate matters and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance matters, corporate restructuring, equity and debt financing, and compliance protocols.
Prior to joining McMillan Metro Faerber, I practiced law at large international law firms representing clients spanning various industries in the technology, financial, medical, and defense sectors. In 2020, I was part of a deal team that facilitated the acquisition of $2.1 billion in assets on behalf of a multinational defense company.
I also maintain a vibrant pro bono practice and have successfully represented an individual in proceedings before the U.S. Social Security Administration and served as outside general counsel to domestic and international nonprofit organizations.
